Dunnegan & Scileppi has substantial experience litigating claims involving trademark infringement, trademark dilution, grey market goods and cybersquatting. Much of this litigation involved the BARBIE® Trademark in Internet infringements.

We believe we have the first decision after trial in an action under the Federal Anti-Dilution Act of 1998, codified at 15 U.S.C. §1125(d).  We have one of the earliest decisions after trial under the Federal Anti-Cybersquatting Act of 2000.
